We know every day isn't perfect. And aging doesn't come without hardships. But our goal as an organization is simply to help make life better for each of our residents in exactly the way they need.

In our facility, we look for co-workers with a skill in their profession or the desire to learn one, but also a genuine motivation to make a difference. At the end of the day, we ask ourselves, "Did we make life a little better for our residents today?" And when the answer is "yes," our lives get a little better too. It's just that simple.

Available Positions

Nursing:

Part-Time RN or LPN position PM shift: Every third weekend, every third holiday. Provides direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures. 

Full Time or Part Time CNA position PM shift: Provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures. 

Dietary:

Full-Time or Part Time Dietary Aide Position: Prepares/cleans up the dining before and after meals; prepares meal trays, snacks/snack cart, coffee, desserts, etc; washes dishes; Provide assistance in all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Full-Time Dietary Cook Position (AM Cook or Evening Cook): Reviews menus prior to food preparation and prepares the meals; Works with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services as necessary and implements recommended changes as required.  Performs other duties, as assigned; Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, with established policies and procedures.
