The fact that the Sanford Health Clinic was attached right to the Halstad Living Center made things so much easier. We didn't have to arrange how she was going to get to doctor visits; one of the staff would assist her in getting to and from the clinic if I couldn't get there myself. When I was able to take her to her appointment, a wheelchair ride down the hall was so nice compared to bundling up with coat, gloves, boots, etc. and getting her into and out of my car.
